The CEO of Uber, said they have been using artificial intelligence for a long time. They use it to match you with a car or a delivery person based on factors like the time of day and distance. Other delivery companies like DoorDash and Instacart are also working on their chatbots. Uber made a profit for the first time, but their revenue missed what experts expected, so their stock price went down a bit.
